Customized Cartoon Panel

This will be for a custom one-panel cartoon that can be used for personal reasons.

What I will need from you is an idea for the comic panel. If necessary, include reference photos and detailed information about what is to be in the panel and I will create it digitally from scratch.  The file that you get from this can be used to make greeting cards, appear in a family newsletter, as well as anything else you can dream of.
