Inktober's Day 30 prompt was "Ominous" so I went into comic mode again. I thought, what would be a ridiculous notion of "ominous." Because I am a Far Side fan, I thought of a room full of ducks, but then my mind skipped across other animals as well and settled upon this little guy. I am still having a tough time with the caption. At first I thought of having the squirrel talk, but I like leaving that up the imagination. Only one more drawing awaits and then Inktober is done for another year.
One of the things I realized, looking back, was that I should have just done all comics throughout this month, using the prompt to think of something. I would have had 30 cartoons by the end of the month. It's something to keep in mind for next year.
